- Please allow 7 working days for item(s) to be delivered (Items may be delivered earlier). We would send your item tracking number as confirmation of delivery
- We ship between 9am and 3pm on Weekdays (Working days) only. +We do not ship on Weekends or Public Holidays.
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 24hours. However, we are not responsible for delays that result from payment discrepancies and other circumstances beyond our control.
- Please note that only item orders placed in a batch at checkout are shipped out in a batch. Item orders placed separately are shipped out separately, depending on when orders are placed. Please crosscheck with dispatch e-mails to ensure time of delivery.
- If upon delivery the customer is unavailable, the carrier will leave a delivery slip containing all information about how to reschedule the drop-off or, information on which post office to pick item(s) up from will be provided.
- We do deliver items to work addresses as well as to military addresses. +We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time.
- We do not offer next day delivery/ express shipping options or services at this time. However, on special consideration we can make changes. Please email us.
